The Regional Assistant plays a vital role in the operation and success of Indiana Wesleyan University’s Education Center. Each center strives to partner with the community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. This role is well suited for someone who is energetic and relational, has a passion to serve, organizationally gifted, motivated by contributing to a team, and enjoys finding solutions. In addition, skills related to customer service, communication, self-motivation, and attention to detail will help make the Regional Assistant successful. The Regional Assistant provides administrative and operational support to regional center leaders and may be involved in assisting with daily functions of more than one regional center.
Partnership Executive Administrative (Full Time) Remote (within United States)
This position represents our nontraditional (adult) programs and initiatives to external organizations and individuals with the aim of developing enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to a vertical (e.g., healthcare, corporate, community colleges, etc.) and region with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Further, this role coordinates partnership development activities with academic leaders, with the intent to align academic programs and initiatives with enrollment pipelines.

Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Civil Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus. This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in civil, computer, design, electrical, or mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research. Expertise is preferred in water resource engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, or other relevant specialties complementing the program’s existing strength in structural engineering. Candidates should have the ability to each courses such as fluid mechanics, geotechnical engineering, urban hydrology, geomatics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics. Director of Assessment and Evaluation Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Director of Assessment and Evaluation is the primary coordinating officer for data and analysis related to National Global (N&G). Responsibilities include broad data analysis (e.g. retention, predictive analytics & enrollment analysis) and reporting on academic improvement efforts, as well as providing evidence of student learning. The Director provides visionary leadership to ensure the proper resourcing of activities and documentation of systems that support effective student learning. The Director collaborates with key leaders across the institution and external to the institution to lead assessment practice that is consistent with the needs of many diverse stakeholders (accreditors, curriculum developers, instructional technology, faculty, administration, N&G leadership team etc.).

Nursing:  Pre-licensure, Adjunct Faculty, Clinical  - FW, Indianapolis, Muncie The Division of Pre-licensure Nursing Program based on the Marion, Indiana campus is looking for Adjunct Clinical Faculty across central Indiana.  Clinical Faculty supervise groups of nursing students in clinical facilities and provide a good learning experience.  Clinical groups usually meet one time each week for five to twelve weeks depending on the course.  Times and locations needed will vary each semester according to clinical schedule.
